The first step is to be proactive about how you eat.
Now I know this isn't always easy.
The truth is this: if you eat well... you live well.
And yes! Eating well also means eating the foods you love!
I'll explain how that works in a minute.
In fact, it might surprise you to hear that,… when I tell you, "You've got to slow down on the fried, sugary and processed foods..." this doesn't mean you can't enjoy them every week.
Or even every day.
And when I say enjoy them... I mean guilt-free enjoyment.
And I'm not talking about substituting the foods you love for something "healthy".
Nope! Go ahead and eat the real thing.
And here's the best way to really enjoy the food you love...
Just eat ONE of those fried, sugary, processed foods.
Instead of eating all of them... just eat one of them.
And while you're doing awesome at that... think about eating a third less than you normally do.
How do you do that? Well, It's easy!
Do you love a good bag of potato chips, SO DO I!
So the next time you open a personal sized bag of chips... grab your first handful and throw it away... now you can really enjoy the rest of that bag in total peace, totally guilt free!
Love Ice Cream? Who doesn't!
It's my favorite... and here's what I do....
I grab a bowl of my favorite ice-cream...
Then I give myself 30 seconds to put as much ice cream as I want into the bowl (I use a normal sized spoon to dish it out).
At the end of the 30 seconds, I close up the ice-cream and put it back in the freezer...
Then I sit down and enjoy every bite.
Doesn't that sound easy? I love it!
It's my favorite way to eat everything I love, without feeling guilty! And I get to finish everything... I don't have to leave some in the bag or bowl!
